About Amy
Amy lived a life rooted in love, kindness, and service to others. She was a devoted wife of more than 30 years, a proud mother of four, and someone who made every person she met feel like family. Whether she was caring for neighborhood children, supporting new mothers as a doula and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), or simply offering a listening ear, Amy found her greatest purpose in helping others.
She embraced life with an adventurous spirit and an open heart. She loved spending time outdoors, whether tending to her garden, hiking in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, volunteering at the local farm, or simply enjoying the sunshine with her dogs. She found joy in the little things and believed the best moments in life were often the simplest: laughing with (or at) family members and friends, dancing around the house, being silly with her children and making memories with the people she loved.
Amy was also an active member of CrossFit Generation for over 20 years, where she formed lasting friendships and inspired others with her positivity, determination, and encouragement. She celebrated every victory, no matter how big or how small and had a remarkable ability to lift people up, reminding them they were stronger than they believed.
After a courageous battle with neuroendocrine cancer, Amy passed away in April of 2026 at the age of 60, but her impact lives on in the countless lives she touched. Her legacy is not defined by her illness, but by the way she lived: with compassion, gratitude, resilience, and an unwavering belief to see the good in people.
Throughout this website, you'll find photos, stories, milestones, and memories shared by those who knew and loved her. Our hope is that even if you never had the chance to meet Amy, you'll leave feeling like you did, and be inspired to carry a little of her kindness into the world.
